Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply to familyblackoutplan.com, tool.familyblackoutplan.com and the Family Blackout Plan product (together, the "Product"). The Product is sold and operated by VeloCity Ridge Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). Samuel Harding is the author. By buying or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

What you buy

Family Blackout Plan is a digital planning product for households: a calculator and rotation tracker that run in your browser, a written guide, printable plans and a wall card. The optional Household Pack adds printable pages for apartments, babies, pets, the car and each room. Nothing physical is shipped.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the order page. Payment is a single charge, not a subscription. Orders and payments are processed by Systeme.io and Stripe under their own terms; we never see your full card number.

Access

After payment you receive access to the members area by email. Your access is for you and your household. Please do not share your login or resell the materials.

Not advice, and no guarantee of outcome

The Product helps you work out quantities and write a plan. It is not medical, legal or safety advice, and it makes no promise about how any outage, storm or emergency will go for your household. Figures come from public sources cited in the Product; check them against your local guidance. During a real emergency, follow the instructions of your local authorities, your utility and your fire department, even where they differ from the Product. Ask a qualified professional about medicines, medical equipment and any health condition in your household.

Intellectual property

The text, design, calculator and printables belong to VeloCity Ridge Holdings LLC. You may print the plans for your own household.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Not affiliated

The Product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by FEMA, Ready.gov, the CDC, the FDA or any government agency. This site is not part of Facebook or Meta and is not endorsed by Meta.
